Women’s only - Women's only is a class for those with an intermediate level of fitness. Come along and make new friends and have a good time!


HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. Circuits, Beginner/Intermediate. All exercises are scaled to every individual ability.


Body Blast - Intermediate/Advanced. Body Blast is a coach led session, I’ll be up in the front taking it. It's time to get a BIG Body Blasting sweat on!
